HEATING PANEL FOR ARCHITECTURE USING PHASE CHANGING MATERIALS

PURPOSE: A heating panel for construction using a phase transition material is provided to secure stability of heating and cooling temperature of a floor and to makes the installation easy. CONSTITUTION: A heating panel for construction using a phase transition material comprises a heat transfer plate(110), a 3D porous body(120), a phase transition material(130) and a finishing panel(140). The heat transfer plate has a plug terminal(112) and a socket terminal(114) on both sides. The surface of the heat transfer plate is coated with paint or the ceramics radiating the radiant heat. The 3D porous body is arranged in the upper and lower surfaces of the heat transfer plate. The phase transition material is impregnated in the 3D porous body. The phase transition material is changed to solid phase in an accumulated heat emitting process. The phase transition material is made from one or two kinds of mixture selected from groups made from polyethylene glycol, polyethylene oxide and polyvinyl alcohol. The finishing panel covers the outside of the 3D porous body and seals the inside.
