<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow vessel body produced by welding recessed vessel bodies each obtained by integrating a metal body, a laser beam non-transmissive resin body and a laser beam transmissive resin body, and to provide a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing a hollow vessel is provided in which the abutting faces of recessed vessel bodies 10, 20 are welded to each other, the recessed vessel bodies 10, 20 being obtained by joining a laser beam transmissive second resin body to the side face of the first resin body of a recessed shape body composed of a recessed metal body and a laser beam non-transmissive first resin body, thereby the hollow vessel is produced. The method includes: a step where the abutting face of the second resin body of the first recessed vessel body 10 and one of the abutting faces of intermediate member 30 made of a laser beam non-transmissive resin are abutted, and the first recessed vessel body 10 and the one of the abutting faces of the intermediate member 30 are welded by laser beam irradiation; and a step where the abutting face of the second resin body of the second recessed vessel body 20 and the other abutting face of the intermediate member 30 are abutted, and the second recessed vessel body 20 and the other abutting face of the intermediate member 30 are welded by laser beam irradiation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
