<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic sphygmomanometer capable of setting a servo gain optimum for a subject. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic sphygmomanometer includes: a characteristic estimation part 108 for estimating the elasticity characteristics of the artery on the basis of a relation between the pulse pressure of the artery and the change amount of the volume; an elimination rate target value calculation part 110 for calculating a specified target value which is the target value of a volume change elimination rate on the basis of a prescribed correlation equation indicating the relation between the elasticity characteristics estimated by the characteristic estimation part 108, and, the target value of the elasticity characteristics and the volume change elimination rate; and a gain determination processing part 114 for determining the servo gain at the point of time at which the volume change elimination rate (the amplitude of present artery volume signals/the amplitude of artery volume signals when setting cuff pressure to initial cuff pressure) becomes lower than the calculated specified target value as a specified servo gain for blood pressure measurement during servo control. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
