<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cuff for a blood pressure data measuring instrument oppressing the artery being a measuring target with high efficiency and relaxing the pain given to an examinee without being affected by a tendon or a bone. <P>SOLUTION: The cuff 10 is equipped with an oppressing air bag 50, a restriction member 40, a pressing air bag 30 and outer cloth 20. The oppressing air bag 50 is arranged on the surface of a wrist 200 in order to oppress the radial artery 212, and the restriction member 40 is positioned outside the oppressing air bag 50 to restrict the expansion toward the outside of the oppressing air bag 50. The pressing air bag 30 is positioned outside the restriction member 40 to press the restriction member 40 toward the wrist 200, and the outer cloth 20 is positioned outside the pressing air bag 30 to restrict the expansion toward the outside of the pressing air bag 30, and thereby fixing the oppressing air bag 50, the restriction member 40 and the pressing air bag 30 to the wrist 200.
