<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the temperature adjusting structure of a power supply apparatus which prevents an increase in the size of the power supply apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The temperature adjusting structure of the power supply apparatus includes a power supply assembly (30) composed of a plurality of stacked power supply elements (35), an attachment unit (40) including electric and electronic components attached to the power supply assembly (30), and a guide unit (50) which is disposed adjacent to the power supply assembly (30) in the direction of stacking to form a channel through which a temperature adjusting medium adjusting the temperature of the power supply assembly (30) circulates.
