<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high-silicon steel sheet having excellent high frequency iron core loss properties by effectively suppressing the growth of crystal grains without checking magnetic domain wall movement. <P>SOLUTION: The high-silicon steel sheet has a composition comprising, by mass, ≤0.02% C, 4.5 to 7.5% Si, ≤2.0% Mn, ≤3.0% Al, ≤0.2% P, ≤0.02% N and ≤0.02% O, also comprising precipitates to form a liquid phase in the temperature range of 1,100 to 1,300°C in the range of 0.005 to 1.0%, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
