<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recording/reproducing device simultaneously performing a precure process or a postcure process, and a data recording process, wherein one driver device can control a process of positioning at any position on a recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: In one driver device, there are arranged a means for irradiating signal light and reference light required to record data, and a means for cure, which can perform both or one of precure irradiation irradiating a predetermined light beam before irradiating the reference light and the signal light on the desired position and postcure irradiation irradiating the predetermined light beam on the desired position in order to make the position unrewritable after recording information on the desired position on the light recording medium, when recording information on a desired position on an optical information recording medium.
