PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve in user-friendliness at use in a sitting room or the like at home by enhancing an energy-saving effect and alleviating sense of discomfort against lightness facing an irradiated face. SOLUTION: A lighting device 4 supplies power to a light source 3 to light it 3. A luminance detecting part 6 detects luminance of an irradiated face on which light of the light source 3 is irradiated. A memory part 51 stores a plurality of luminance target values each used as a target value of a luminance detecting value of the luminance detecting part 6. A control part 53 selects a control-use luminance target value to be actually used from among the plurality of luminance target values stored in the memory part 51, and controls the lighting device 4 to light the light source 3 for the luminance detecting value of the luminance detecting part 6 to be the control-use luminance target value. Here, the control part 53 selects the control-use luminance target value from among the plurality of luminance target values in accordance with luminance of outdoor light.
