PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily generate a flow control program for automatically appropriately setting a flow rate according to analysis in a case such that an optimum value of flow rate of a gas to be supplied to a detector is varied from component to component. SOLUTION: A control/processing part 30 displays two chromatograms obtained by a dual photomultiplier FPD 10 in a predetermined gas flow condition on a screen of a display part 40. An operator instructs a change content of gas flow rate (e.g., change of phosphor detection optimum condition→sulfur detection optimum condition), and then designates a time range of the change object by clicking an appropriate position on the chromatogram. In response to this operation, the background color of the designated time range is changed. Accordingly, the operator can intuitively recognize a difference in gas flow condition by the color. A flow control program formation part 32 automatically changes the program. Therefore, when the GC analysis is performed again, the detection sensitivity of sulfur compound is improved.
