PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily measure an actual revolution torque given to a steel pipe pile. SOLUTION: An actual revolution torque measuring method is a method of measuring the actual revolution torque of a burying machine that revolves and buries a steel pipe pile. The burying machine has a measuring member A having a trunk 1c with a distortion gauge 5 attached thereto. The lower end 1a of the measuring member A is fixed and raised, and a driving device B that revolves the steel pipe pile of the burying machine is fitted on the upper end 1b of the raised measuring member A. The driving device B is driven to give the measuring member A, a revolution torque and the revolution torque given to the measuring member A is measured from the amount of distortion of the measuring member A that is detected by the distortion gauge 5.
