<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular hood structure provided with a hood body which covers an engine room at a front part of a vehicle and has a vertically penetrating opening, and an opening covering member fitted to cover the opening of the hood body, and capable of absorbing an impact even if an impact load from an upper side is applied to a part in front of the opening in the hood body. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the vehicular hood structure, an opening covering member 60 is coupled with a peripheral edge of an opening 50a in a hood body 50 at a plurality of parts including a front side of the opening 50a by using coupling means 70 etc. and 90 etc. The coupling means 70 etc. on the front side of the opening out of the coupling means are uncoupled when an impact load from the upper side is applied to a part 50A in front of the opening in the hood body 50.
