<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-noise amplifier which reduces a leakage signal, is made compact and has high gain, and an antenna device provided with the same. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The low-noise amplifier 40A includes: a circuit board 22; a low-noise amplifier circuit formed on a first face 22d of the circuit board to have an inputting part for inputting a received signal, an amplifier circuit part for amplifying low noise of the received signal and outputting the signal whose low noise is amplified, and an outputting part for outputting the signal whose low noise is amplified; and a shield cover 24A attached onto the first face 22d of the circuit board to shield the low-noise amplifier circuit, wherein the shield cover 24A has a slit 24s for preventing output power leaked from the outputting part from being transmitted to either the inputting part or the amplifier circuit constituting the amplifier circuit part through the shield cover.
