PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road maintenance vehicle which enables a material spreader for prevention of freezing to be easily used as a water-supply wagon or a road-sprinkler by utilizing its antifreezing agent storage hopper in summer etc. SOLUTION: The water-supply wagon is constituted as follows: a water vessel 14 is removably installed in the antifreezing agent storage hopper 2 which is installed on a material spreader body 1; and a water supply pipe 9 is connected to a pipe end connection 15, which is provided in the bottom of the water vessel 14, through a lower end opening 2a of the antifreezing agent storage hopper 2. The road-sprinkler is constituted as follows: one end of water sprinkling piping 19 is connected to the pipe end connection 15 in place of the water supply pipe 9; the other end thereof communicates with the side of a solution tank 8 which is mounted on the material spreader body 1; and thus, water in the water vessel 14 and the solution tank 8 is sprinkled from a water sprinkling nozzle 9a, which is attached to an undersurface of a back end of the material spreader body 1, through the water supply pipe 9.
