Method for prediction of effectiveness of therapy with inhibitors of angiotensin transforming ferment in patients with moderate arterial hypertension includes determination of clinical criteria of prediction. Besides that, I patients one additionally determines hemodynamical criteria: character of stress hypertrophy of left ventricle (GLS), maximal inter-ventricle tension, level of shortening of front-back dimension of left ventricle to systole (&Dgr;S), general peripheral vessel resistance (ZSPO), index of impact volume (IUO), index of end-systolic volume (IKSO), thickness of inter-ventricle partition (TMSP), myocardium mass of left ventricle (MMLS), index of end-diastolic volume (IKDO) and humoral criteria: levels of eNO-synase, transforming growth factor -&bgr;(ТР-&bgr;), endotelin-1 (ЕТ-1), after that for each of those one determines prediction coefficients and treatment is evaluated as effective when algebraic sum of prediction coefficients has sign “plus". |
