A windmill has a vertical support on which tubular shaft is fixed with possibility of rotation, this is connected to working blades equipped with rollers mounted with possibility of contact and rotation in circular profiled track connected to vane that is placed on rotary disc fixed on tubular shaft, and safety screen arranged as two polyhedrons placed at above and at beneath of working blades. On the rotary disc along vane plates and between those cylinder is placed, near its inlet opening a fan housing is installed, and on outlet opening at beneath of cylinder cover with seal is hinged. On the lower surface of the cylinder openings are provided, through those air ducts are arranged, with nozzles at the ends of side surfaces of those. |
