The invention relates to heat power engineering, in particular to evaporation coolers, and can be used at heat and nuclear electric power plants and other industrial objects where it is needed to cool water or other liquids. The object of the invention is to simplify the maintenance of cooling tower and increase the efficiency of its operation due to intensification of liquid cooling. The problem is solved by that water distribution collector is installed from outside the body and platforms with nozzles are placed in the body on branch tubes connected to collector. The collector is arranged with possibility of turn with respect to its axis. The invention makes it possible to increase substantially the efficiency of heat-mass exchange of cooling tower without increase of costs compared to known construction, at that to simplify a lot design of the cooling tower, to increase its reliability, reparability and to decrease maintenance costs. |
