A spring buffer contains a mobile stock and a spring built-in between a bottom of housing and a collar of stock. The stock of buffer is hinged with the end of lever arm located inside the end beam of crane inclined downstream of the running wheel, on the axle, which penetrates the middle part of the lever and is fixed rigidly in the end beam. The end of the lower lever arm is equipped with a two-flange roller. The lower lever arm has a length, which is greater than the height of arrangement of the axis of the lever above the head of rail. |
