The system for filtering swimming pool water comprises a device for withdrawing water laden with solid particles for the pool at a suction outlet (E), a pre-filter basket (2), a device (10) for pumping the withdrawn water and returning it to the pool via a delivery nozzle, and a filtration device (4). The filtration device (4) comprises a filtration member (41) to which a liquid introducing head (T) is fitted. The liquid introducing head (T) incorporates a vortex separator device (3) comprising a chamber to create a first stream (Q1) of liquid laden with solid particles which is removed downwards to the periphery of the chamber and a second stream (Q2) of liquid with a lower particle content which is removed via an orifice situated in the central part of the chamber through a flow regulating device (7) towards the outlet of the filtration device (4). The system makes it possible to ensure continuous circulation of the water even if the filtration device becomes clogged. |
