FLAME SPRAYING REPAIR EQUIPMENT, AND FLAME SPRAYING REPAIR METHOD OF COKE OVEN

Flame spraying repair equipment for repairing the wall brick of a carbonization chamber of a coke oven by spraying, comprising a first burner and a second burner each having a powder injection nozzle for injecting spray powder, and a plurality of flamethrower nozzles arranged around the powder nozzle.  First intersections where the throwing axes of flame of respective flamethrower nozzles of the first burner intersect each other are located on the powder injection line of the powder injection nozzle of the first burner.  Second intersections where the throwing axes of flame of respective flamethrower nozzles of the second burner intersect each other are located on the power injection line of the powder injection nozzle of the second burner.  The distance from the powder injection nozzle of the first burner to the first interconnection is longer than the distance from the powder injection nozzle of the second burner to the second interconnection.
