PURPOSE: A cosmetic formulation containing Limnophila conferta extract is provided to prevent or delay skin aging signal and ensure nail promotion effect. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic formulation contains Limnophila conferta extract. The Limnophila conferta extract is isolated from plant whole body, root, stem, leaf, flower, seed or bud. The extract is isolated using polar solvent or mixture of polar solvent. The mixture of polar solvent is water, C1-C4 alcohol, glycol or their mixture. The cosmetic composition contains the cosmetic formulation in a cosmetically acceptable carrier in a solution or dispersion solution.
