SOLID STATE IMAGE CAPTURE DEVICE AND CAMERA SYSTEM

摘要

PURPOSE: A solid state photographing device and a camera system are provided to reduce the amount of instant current in a global shutter system without influencing the operation and reading in a rolling shutter system. CONSTITUTION: A pixel driving unit(Vdec)(120) performs image driving control. A reading circuit(AFE)(130) reads signals from pixels. A shutter mode switching unit(140) controls an operation of the pixel driving unit by a global shutter system simultaneously exposing light on all the pixels or a rolling shutter system exposing light on each row.
