<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate the state of each worker at a production site, and to attain work efficiency improvement. <P>SOLUTION: In a technique for analyzing work records including an identifier of a worker who worked, a work type indicative of the type of work, a work start time and a work duration time, for each work on a commodity in a production site, a work record corresponding to the worker and work type is extracted; the statistical value of the work duration time is calculated for each predetermined time period, regarding each extracted work record; and work efficiency of the work is evaluated for each worker based on the calculated statistical value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
