<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide member for a medical cutting tool for easily setting the cutting tool and performing a stable puncturing action, and to provide the medical cutting tool to be inserted to the guide member. <P>SOLUTION: The guide member 1 includes: a body portion 10 to be fitted to the tooth row of a patient; a guide portion 11 for guiding the cutting tool in a cutting direction, which performs a puncturing work to mount an implant; and a slit groove 12 which is opened by notching the side of the guide portion 11. The guide portion 11 has an inner diameter same as or a little larger than the outer diameter of the cutting member 22. The width of the slit groove 12 is set to be smaller than the inner diameter of the guide portion 11 and larger than the width of an inserting portion 28 which is formed with a thin width by notching a part of the outer peripheral surface of the cutting member 22.
