<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide "a radar monitoring device" for suppressing occurrence of bad influence for facilities due to radar equipment. <P>SOLUTION: If an automobile advances in a radar prohibited area set on the circumstance of facilities previously receiving bad influence of radar waves, emission of the radar waves is stopped to output voice guide "radar monitoring is stopped" to a speaker 8 through a voice output device 7. In addition, an icon 312 expressing stop of a radar is displayed during a period positioned by an automobile in a radar prohibited area.
