<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical energy conversion catalyst and a method of preparing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The method of preparing the optical energy conversion catalyst includes: a step of mixing a solution containing a group IB element having a positive atomic valence, a solution containing a group IIIA element, having a negative valence, and a solution containing a group VIA element having a negative valence to prepare a composition containing the group IB element, the group IIIA element, and the group VIA element in a molar ratio of 1:1 to 0.1:1 to 10, and a composition containing the group IB element, the group IIIA element in a molar ratio of 1:0.01 to 1: 10; and a step of forming a thin film compound containing the group IB element, the group IIIA element, and the group VIA element from the composition on a substrate using liquid deposition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
