PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporarily surface-protecting adhesive sheet having excellent antistatic properties upon releasing from an adherend, and excellent coating transparency; to provide a temporarily surface-protecting adhesive suitable for the adhesive sheet; and to provide an active energy ray-curable resin composition suitable for producing the adhesive. SOLUTION: The adhesive is prepared by crosslinking a resin composition [I] containing an acrylic resin (A), an unsaturated group-containing compound (B) and an ionic compound (C), with active energy rays. The acrylic resin (A) is characteristically obtained by copolymerizing a copolymerization component containing at least 15 wt.% of a hydroxy group-containing monomer. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
