<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receptacle favorable in form for administration, display and carriage and convenient for removal and use thereof. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A folding strip section 22 comprises: a first strip section 22a, which is composed of a strip section 22a' between a first ruled line M and a third ruled line N and a projected extended strip 22a" defined by a clipping line K extended from a third imaginary line (n) having a non-cutout section (k); and a second strip section 22b excluding the first strip section 22a. In accompaniment with the rising of a circumferential side seat section 20, the folding strip section 22 is so attached to the first ruled line M as along the outer circumferential surface of a side part sheet section 21a continuously provided from the first ruled line M, thus at least the extended strip 22a" of the first strip section 22a is placed in contact with the side part sheet section 21a, while the non-cutout section (k) defined within the clipping line K is fractured so that the second strip section 22b can be bent at the third ruled line N so that it can be attached to the first strip section 22a.
