<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vehicle device having a plurality of slots for simultaneously imparting a plurality of functions which is capable of preventing the impairment of data by limiting discharge during each module operation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The in-vehicle device comprises a plurality of slots for inserting modules, a switch for discharging the modules inserted in the slots, and a control unit for controlling the operational state of the module inserted in the slot and the discharge of the module from the slot.
