<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing tackle-holder which can largely change the position and angle of the fishing tackle. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the fishing tackle-holder, a columnar rotation support portion 1c inclined at an angle of 45° at one corner of a U-shaped vice stand 1 is formed, and the fishing tackle-holder is constituted of a holding portion A for holding a fishing tackle 10 rotatably fit onto the rotation support portion 1c and an operation portion B for tightening the rotation support portion 1c disposed in the holding portion A. The holding portion A is composed of a holder 2 and a halved nipping portion 3, 3 and the nipping portion 3 has facing surfaces 3a, 3a and dent nipping surfaces 3d, 3d for nipping the rotation support portion 1c and the spherical base portion 2b of the holder 2. V-shaped grooves 3e, 3e and V-shaped projections 3f, 3f for fitting a V-shaped projection 1d and a V-shaped groove 1e on the outer periphery of the rotation support portion 1c are formed on the facing surfaces 3a, 3a.
