<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyacetal resin composition which is excellent in processability and stability, yields a molded product generating an extremely small amount of formaldehyde and prevents exudation of compounded components or their deposition onto a die. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The polyacetal resin composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. polyacetal copolymer having ≤1.0 mmol/kg terminal hemiformal groups, ≤0.5 mmol/kg terminal formyl groups and ≤0.5 wt.% unstable terminal groups, (B) 0.01-3 pts.wt. hindered phenol antioxidant, (C) 0.2-0.5 pts.wt. hydrazide compound and (D) 0.2-1.5 pts.wt. compound chosen from the group consisting of an isocyanate compound, an isothiocyanate compound and modified forms thereof, provided that the compounding ratio (weight ratio) of component (D) to component (C) is adjusted so as to fall within the range of (D)/(C)=2.5-4.0.
