PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing of a magnetic disk can prevent fly stiction, corrosion and the like, suppress troubles and have superior security, especially a magnetic disk suitable for an HDD of a LUL system. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing of the magnetic disk having a magnetic layer, a carbonaceous protective layer containing nitrogen and a lubricant layer film-deposited in this order on a substrate, a solution in which a lubricant on the basis of perfluoropolyether having a hydroxy group on its terminal is dispersed and is dissolved in a solvent of a hydrofluoro carbon or a perfluoro carbon is prepared and the magnetic disk having the magnetic layer; and the carbonaceous protective layer is immersed in the solution to film-deposit the lubricant layer and the surface of the magnetic disk is subjected to contact treatment with a composition containing hydrofluoroether, after the lubricant layer is film-deposited.
