SYSTEM TO FORM KNOWLEDGE BY MEANS OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLEGENCE IN CONDITIONS OF UNCERTAINTY AND INCOMPLECTENESS OF INPUT INFORMATION

The system to form knowledge by means of artificial intelligence in conditions of uncertainty and incompleteness of input information relates to cybernetic systems of different assignment including and for supporting systems and decision making on application domain in any area of knowledge. The system efficiency is reached by means of inclusion in its structure of four corresponding blocks of weight factors and data ranking. Such structure of this system gives a chance to build, calculate and use stochastic processes of the knowledge base to form the knowledge base in conditions of uncertainty and incompleteness of input and output information with use of such methods of information processing as Kalman, Wiener optimal filtering etc. Thus, selection and formation of real decisions is realized in the resulted system from set admissible conforming to set conditions and set restrictions in conditions of uncertainty and incompleteness of input and output information. The technical result is to increase adaptability of complicated media mapping and formation of necessary behavior in it of intellectual system in conditions of uncertainty and incompleteness of the information.
