<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information storage medium, an opinion collection system and an opinion collection method, for collecting opinions for products using an information storage medium. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a storage means for recording machine-readable data to an IC tag 21 attached to a product 2 or on a container for the product 2, wherein the data is recorded to the IC tag 21 by an external force. With respect to the IC tage 21, the product 2 or the container for the product, an opinion collection apparatus 10 includes a read part 5 which reads data recorded to the storage means of the IC tag 21 together with the data recorded to the IC tag 21. Storage means of the IC tag 21 may include any of wiring cut, electrical connection of an open terminal, and an partial impedance change in an electric circuit of the IC tag 21.
