<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shattering device in a boiled rice molding machine, capable of separating rice mass from belt-like rice without cutting rice grains. <P>SOLUTION: This shattering device has a structure of arranging a pair of main shatter plates at prescribed intervals on both the right and left sides of a belt-like rice passage, forming the opposed edges of both of the main shatter plates so as to move to an adjacent separate direction, arranging auxiliary shatter plates on the lower sides of both of the main shatter plates, forming the opposed edges of the auxiliary shatter plates so as to move together with the main shatter plates, and forming each of the auxiliary shatter plates so as to rotate each of the opposed edges, centering a supporting part of one end thereof. Furthermore, the device includes the structure of setting a rotating mechanism which rotates downward each of the opposed edges of both of the auxiliary shatter plates in a condition of letting a prescribed volume of the opposed edges of the main shatter plates go into belt-like rice with the adjacent movement of the main shatter plates, and downward separating and supplying rice placed on the lower sides of the main shatter plates by the downward rotation of both of the auxiliary shatter plates with the rotating mechanism. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
