<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the operation of equipment on the basis of a time schedule set by a customer terminal when a user of the equipment remotely operates and controls the equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The remote monitoring control system is configured to perform data communication through a communication network NT1 between a communication adaptor 2 attached to the equipment 4 and a server 1, and to perform data communication through a network NT2 between a customer terminal 3 operated by a user of the equipment 4 and the server 1. The server 1 includes: a schedule storing means 16 for storing a time schedule including an operation of each equipment 4 and the time thereof in association with each other; a schedule execution means 18 for controlling the operation of the equipment 4 according to the time schedule; and a schedule setting means 19 for allowing the customer terminal 3 to register the time schedule to the schedule storing means 16 for the equipment associated with the customer terminal 3 in a connection management table T2 when a request for setting the time schedule is made from the customer terminal 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
