INFORMATION PROCESSOR, RECOMMENDATION METHOD, PROGRAM AND RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly combine various algorithms in recommendation of a content.

SOLUTION: The information processor comprises: a data holding part which holds data using a matrix data structure having data items of profile data showing attributes of a user and metadata showing features of content in at least one of row direction and column direction, and data items of an identifier for identifying the user and an identifier for identifying the content in at least one of row direction and column direction; a data operation part which acquires any partial matrix from the data holding part by use of a specifier for specifying a row or a column; a basic algorithm part which executes routine calculation processing to the profile data and the metadata contained in the partial matrix acquired by the data operation part; and an application algorithm part which acquires a recommendation list of contents to be recommended to the user by use of the result of the routine calculation by the basic algorithm part.
