PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce variations of brightness on an EL panel.
SOLUTION: A first metal layer M1 and a second metal layer M2 are laminated on a substrate of pixels 101 with exposure processing from the bottom. A in a left figure is an example of layout of conventional pixels 101. B in a right figure is an example of layout of the pixels 101. Concerning an area of a part of the second metal layer M2 on the side of a source 31s overlapping the first metal layer M1 with a gate 31g formed thereon is, as shown in a frame 52, smaller in this invention (B in the right figure) than in the conventional art (A in the left figure). Thereby field through voltage drop amount is smaller than the conventional pixels, and a degree of variations of each brightness of the pixels is reduced. The present invention is applied to the EL panel for example.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
