摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method, or the like, of a photoelectric conversion element, capable of easily manufacturing photoelectric conversion elements which are equipped with a terminal for firmly jointing with an electrode which uses titanium. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a photoelectric conversion element 100 is provided with a semiconductor forming process forming a porous oxide semiconductor layer 3, on a surface of a catalyst layer 6 of a first electrode 10, having that layer 6 and a metal plate 4 consisting of titanium or an alloy containing titanium, or on a surface of a transparent conductor 1 of a second electrode 20 having that 1: a dye-supported process for making the porous oxide semiconductor layer 3 support photosensitizing dye; a sealing process for surrounding and sealing the porous oxide semiconductor layer 3 and an electrolyte 5 by a sealing material 14 between the first electrode 10 and the second electrode 20; and a terminal forming process forming a terminal 7 on the metal plate 4.
