<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-linear solar cell module which remarkably suppresses reduction of power generation even in the presence of a shadow. <P>SOLUTION: The non-linear solar cell module is provided with a plurality of photovoltaic cells connected in series on a substrate, wherein each photovoltaic cell includes a first electrode on the substrate, a photoelectric conversion layer on the first electrode, and a second electrode on the photoelectric conversion layer, and the photoelectric cell is non-linearly formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
