PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a configuration for transfer of a fluid in both directions while barrier property relative to air permeability and durability are maintained is complex. SOLUTION: The liquid supply device includes: an upper cylinder 211 having first and second supply/exhaust ports 201 and 202 for supply/exhaust of a liquid; a piston 213 movably disposed in the lower cylinder 212 and forming a cylinder inner-chamber 214 between the cylinder 212 and this piston; a passage opening/closing member 220 rotatably disposed in the upper cylinder 211, configured to form and close a passage 221 for communicating the first and second supply/exhaust ports 201 and 202 with the cylinder inner-chamber 214 and to constantly close one of the first and second supply/exhaust ports 201 and 202; and a cam groove 223 and cam pin 224 for synchronizing rotation of a passage opening/closing member 220 and movement of the piston 213.
