PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-size, high performance acoustic boundary wave device using an acoustic boundary wave, by sharpening the filter band and fabricating a filter and a resonator of a plurality of bands with different specific bandwidths on a single substrate. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an acoustic boundary wave device 1 wherein a solid layer 5 is formed on a single-crystal substrate 4 and an electrode is disposed at the boundary between the single-crystal substrate 4 and the solid layer 5. The acoustic boundary wave device 1 is provided with a plurality of acoustic boundary wave elements 2, 3 constituted using a single-crystal substrate 4 with the same cut angle.
