<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire capable of achieving favorable balance between low fuel consumption and high resistance to eccentric wear which have been in a trade-off relation without deteriorating the other performance such as high-speed resistance, a braking property and steering stability. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The tire includes two layers of base rubber 7 having a tread 3 located radially inside and cap rubber 8 located radially outside the tire. The base rubber 7 is divided into a center base rubber segment 7A located at the widthwise center and shoulder base rubber segments 7B located on both sides outside the center base rubber segment 7A in the width direction, wherein a dynamic modulus of the elasticity (E') of the center base rubber segment 7A is 8.0 to 18.0 at 30°C, the dynamic modulus of the elasticity (E') of the shoulder base rubber segments 7B is 3.0 to 7.0 at 30°C, and a loss tangent (tanδ) of the cap rubber 8 is 0.040 to 0.120 at 50°C.
