PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restore data even when unauthorized data are written. SOLUTION: A data writing device includes: a writing part for writing the same write data in each of first to third storage areas in a prescribed sequence; a difference decision part for deciding the difference of data stored in the first to third storage areas in a prescribed timing; and a data restoration part for writing data stored in at least one storage area among the first to third storage areas in which write data are normally written in at least one storage area among the first to third storage areas in which write data are not normally written based on the decision result of the difference decision part.
