<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a common mode voltage regulation capability in an amplifier capable of regulating a common mode voltage of an output signal in accordance with a reference voltage from the outside. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An amplifier includes: a signal amplification section 200 which outputs an output signal obtained by amplifying an input signal and a common mode voltage V<SB>CM</SB>of the output signal; and a common mode feedback section 300 which outputs a signal corresponding to a difference between the common mode voltage V<SB>CM</SB>and a reference potential V<SB>ref</SB>as a regulation signal S<SB>REG</SB>. The regulation signal S<SB>REG</SB>from the common mode feedback section 300 is fed back to a current source 400 of the signal amplification section 200 and a current source 500 of the common mode feedback section 300.
