PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable lubricant composition easily improving its biodegradability in the composition improved in waterproof property. SOLUTION: This biodegradable lubricant composition incorporates at least one kind of a base oil selected from among a synthetic oil, a vegetable oil and an animal oil, calcium tertiary phosphate as a thickening agent and a surfactant.
