PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for filling an inkjet head with ink where a tube constituting an ink supply path from an ink tank to an inkjet head is provided with a pinch valve for closing the supply path by pressing and pinching the tube, and which prevents infiltration of air from a nozzle and sudden outflow of the ink from the nozzle by suppressing movement of the ink in the tube associated with opening/closing operation of the pinch valve. SOLUTION: The flexible tube 3 constituting the ink supply path from the ink tank to the inkjet head is provided with the pinch valve 5 for closing the supply path by pressing and pinching the tube 3. The pinch valve 5 is operated to satisfy a condition ofπ×ri×ri/4w/(ri/V)≤10 when pinch width of the pinch valve 5 is defined as w (unit: mm), the inside diameter of the tube 3 is defined as ri (unit: mm) and opening/closing speed of the pinch valve 5 is defined as V (unit: mm/s).
