<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool holder for a gang tooling lathe, which is simple in structure, and prevents deposition of chips of a workpiece thereon. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The tool holder 20 is mounted on a tool rest 9 of the gang tooling lathe 2. The tool holder 20 is formed of: a holder portion 21 which has a plurality of insertion holes 27 into which cutting tools 11 are fitted; and a leg portion 22 communicating with a bottom surface 28 of the holder portion 21. The holder portion 21 has screw holes 29 each penetrating from the bottom surface 28 to each insertion hole 27, and by screwing a fixing screw 30 from the bottom surface 28 into the screw hole 29, each cutting tool 11 is secured to the tool holder 20.
