<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently execute a program in synchronization with reproduction of AV data, or the like. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A video disk player 1 includes a disk read section 50 for acquiring video data, a play list showing a reproduction order of the video data, a program performed together with reproduction of the video data, and program management information from an optical disk 2, a decoder 24 decoding the video data and a program performing section 10 performing the program. The program management information includes program designation information, designating the program and play list designation information designating the play list; and when the program management information is selected, the program designated by the program designation information is performed and reproduction of the video data is started in the reproduction order shown by the play list, designated by the play list designation information.
