<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the shaft diameter of an input shaft, while suppressing enlargement in size in a radial direction of a part supporting the input shaft. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An eccentric oscillation type gear device includes: a first bearing 56 constituted of a cylindrical roller bearing, and rotatably supporting the input shaft 16 with respect to an end plate 30; a second bearing 57 constituted of a tapered roller bearing and rotatably supporting the input shaft 16 with respect to a base plate part 32; a third bearing 58 constituted of a tapered roller bearing having an inclination direction receiving a load opposite to that of a second bearing 57, and rotatably supporting the input shaft 16 with respect to the base plate part 32.
