<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain time information for correctly grasping the temporal inter-relationship of trace data obtained by each controller in a multi-controller system. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A second PC19 obtains the common count value of a first PC1 in starting the execution of sampling trace, and uses it as a self-common count value. First and second PC1 and 19 count-up those respective common count values by synchronizing interrupt processing in a period when sampling trace is performed.
